Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Norse Computer website and the services described on it. By using this website or engaging Norse Computer, you agree to these terms.

Norse Computer provides Norse Computer AI, a subscription service that deploys Hermes Agent in your own cloud account and keeps that deployment updated and maintained. Larger custom integrations or other work outside the subscription may be described in a separate agreement.

Information on this website is provided for general guidance and may change. It does not by itself create a binding offer or commitment.

Norse Computer AI is billed as a monthly subscription at the price shown at checkout, currently $30 per month. The subscription renews automatically each month until canceled, and payments are processed by Stripe using the payment method you provide.

You can cancel anytime from the billing page in your portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period: you keep access to paid features until that date, and you are not charged again after it. Payments already made are not refunded.

If a renewal payment fails, paid features are paused until payment succeeds. The assistant deployed in your own cloud account is yours and keeps running either way; cloud hosting and model provider costs are billed to you directly by those providers and are separate from the subscription.

Norse Computer may change the subscription price with advance notice; a price change applies from your next billing period after the notice.

You are responsible for approving the external services your assistant connects to and for the accounts, credentials, and data you choose to make available to it.

You are responsible for using your assistant in compliance with applicable laws and with the terms of any third-party services it connects to.

Your assistant may rely on third-party providers, including your own model provider account. Those providers have their own terms, controls, and data handling, and your use of them is subject to their agreements.

The content, branding, and materials on this website are owned by Norse Computer or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission, except as allowed by law.

This website and its content are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. Specific service commitments are set out in the agreement for your engagement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Norse Computer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Liability relating to a paid engagement is governed by the agreement for that engagement.

Norse Computer may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
